One Lesson on Images Worth Passing On

Randy ran into one real snag: a banner image he'd made in ChatGPT wouldn't load properly into Halo.

The fix turned out to be simple. Halo doesn't handle ChatGPT-generated images well because of how their pixels are formatted, so exporting the image to a standard JPEG or PNG first solved it. A small technical detail, but exactly the kind of thing worth knowing before it costs you an afternoon.
