Tim Tepes Closes Deals in His Sleep With Halo

Tim Tepes has closed more than 2,000 properties since 1990 across Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. Lately, some of his biggest wins happen while he's asleep, closed by other agents, for buyers he's never even met, buyers he follows up with and welcomes to the area using Halo.

Two Offers Before Breakfast

Tim checked his email at 5 o'clock in the morning. One agent had written up two offers overnight for buyers Tim had never spoken to. Another agent had written up a separate offer for a different buyer, also someone Tim had never met.

Both buyers were his leads. Neither one was his client in the traditional sense.
