The Story in 15 Seconds
- Jeff built one blog post using three different AI tools together.
- He posted it across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Two leads came in from that single piece of content.
- One is a buyer relocating from Miami, looking to spend up to $1 million.
- Their Google calls have tripled, with calls coming in every day.
Jeff Morrell didn't just publish a blog post. He ran it through a whole assembly line, and by the end of it, his phone was ringing more than it ever had before, using Halo alongside the other AI tools he already had in rotation.
Halo Made It Local
Jeff started with a colleague's blog post as a reference. He put the link into Claude and asked it to write something new for Colorado Springs. Claude wrote a draft, then Jeff handed it to Halo to rewrite specifically for his market, and that one step made the difference.
"Local" here means the content was built around what Colorado Springs residents actually search for, in this case, military housing supply, since the city is home to multiple bases and a steady stream of PCS relocations. A generic post competes with thousands of others nationwide. A post built for one city's specific market barely competes with anything. You can see the same kind of hyper-local content on their blog: Top 5 Things to Do This Week in Colorado Springs.
One Post, Five Places
Once the blog was finished, Jeff wasn't done. He pasted the link back into Claude and asked for a Google Business Profile post, a Facebook post, and a LinkedIn post, three different versions built from the same core piece.
He took those posts into ChatGPT to generate images for each one, then published everything: his Google Business page, his personal Facebook, his business Facebook page, and LinkedIn, each one linking back to the original blog.
A $1 Million Buyer From Miami
The content pulled in two leads. One of them is a woman relocating from Miami to Colorado Springs, with a budget she's put as high as a million dollars.
Jeff and his team are in active conversation with her now. A single blog post, built around a topic specific to his own city, reached someone considering a move from across the country.
Google Calls Have Tripled
The bigger shift shows up in the phone, not just this one lead.
"Our Google calls have tripled. We are getting calls every day right now from our Google page."
— Jeff Morrell
That's not one lucky post. It's what happens when a Google Business page has fresh, locally specific content behind it instead of sitting untouched for months at a time.
Ready to Win With Halo?
Jeff didn't hire a marketing agency to pull this off. He strung a few tools together and kept the content specific to his own city.
Every Tuesday, we walk agents through exactly how Halo fits into a workflow like this, turning one piece of content into leads across every platform you're already on.
Come see how it works, live this Tuesday.
