Jessica Ford Won 2 Listings in 2 Days with AI

Jessica Ford Landed 5 Offers and 2 Contracts in 2 Days

Jessica Ford has been building toward this for a while. Recently, in just 48 hours, she generated five offers and put two deals under contract.

We recently shared how Jessica used AI to stand out online and close a $3.25 million deal. That story showed how important it is to stay visible, especially as more buyers and sellers start their search through platforms like ChatGPT.

This story shows what happens after that.

When the work stays consistent, and the results start to follow.

She Had Been Building Toward This

Jessica Ford has been building toward this for a while.

Recently, in just 48 hours, she generated five offers and put two deals under contract. That did not come out of nowhere. It came after months of staying consistent, putting content out, and building a system that could keep working even when she was busy.

We recently shared how Jessica used AI to stand out online and close a $3.25 million deal. That story showed how important it is to stay visible, especially now that more buyers and sellers are doing their research online before they ever make a call.

This story shows what happens after that.

When the work stays steady, people start reaching out. Deals start moving. And the things Jessica has been building in the background start turning into real activity.

Her YouTube Started Bringing In New People

One of Jessica’s biggest goals this year was to get her YouTube channel going and stay consistent with it.

She stuck with that goal.

She has been doing two videos a week, and now she has around 42 videos filmed and about 35 posted. On top of that, she has also created a large amount of short-form content.

That work is starting to open new doors.

She recently got her first out-of-the-country inquiry through YouTube. The person is based in the United Kingdom and is planning to move their business headquarters to the United States. They are looking in the $550,000 to $800,000 price range. They will not be here until next year, but the conversation has already started.

She also had another person reach out through YouTube from Connecticut.

That matters.

It shows that her videos are doing more than getting views. They are helping new people find her, learn who she is, and start a relationship before they ever get to town.

Jessica also said there were times when it felt discouraging because she was putting in the work and not seeing an immediate contract from it. But she stayed with it.

That is the part a lot of people miss.

The content may not pay off right away, but if you keep going, it starts to build.

Her Marketing Assistant Is Powering the Content

Behind all of this, Jessica is not creating every piece of content on her own.

Her AI Certified Marketing Assistant is helping her stay consistent, especially when it comes to video and content creation. Inside the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence, we train Marketing Assistants to use AI tools to plan, write, and structure content in a way that actually works.

That includes helping with video ideas, outlines, scripts, and making sure each piece of content is clear, simple, and built around what people are already searching for.

That matters more than most agents realize.

A lot of agents know they should be creating content, but they get stuck on what to say, how to say it, or how to stay consistent. Jessica solved that by having someone trained to handle that side of the work.

So while she focuses on clients, conversations, and deals, her content keeps moving in the background.

That is a big reason why her visibility keeps growing.

Why YouTube Is Starting to Matter More

YouTube is not just a place to post videos.

It is one of the biggest search platforms.

When someone is looking to move, learn about an area, or understand the market, they often go to YouTube and Google at the same time. And the key thing most people miss is that YouTube videos can also show up on Google search.

That means one video can work in multiple places.

It can show up when someone searches on YouTube. It can show up when someone searches on Google. And it can help people find you before they are even ready to reach out.

That is what Jessica is starting to see.

Her videos are not just getting views. They are helping people discover her, learn about her market, and begin the process before they ever arrive.

That is why YouTube is such a strong source of leads.

It builds trust early, and it keeps working long after the video is posted.

Her Business Is Picking Up in Different Directions

Jessica is also seeing movement in other parts of her business at the same time.

She has a relationship with a recruiter at St. John Medical Group in the Tulsa area, and recently she had one couple come in from Kansas City and another come in from Denver. Both are expected to buy within the next 60 days.

She also has new listings coming up, including new construction at $749,000, another at $635,000, and another at $260,000. On top of that, the sellers on one of those listings are also going to buy.

That is a lot happening at once.

When Jessica was asked what she thinks is driving all of this, she pointed to consistency. She said her marketing assistant has been steady with blogging and social media, and she has also stayed active with email. She sends out emails at least four times a week and works to keep showing up on her personal Facebook page as often as she can.

That is a big part of why things are moving.

It is not one post, one email, or one video.

It is everything working together over time.

Ready to Start Getting Results Like This?

Most agents are trying to keep up with everything on their own, and that is where things start to fall apart. It becomes hard to stay consistent, hard to keep up with content, and easy to disappear when things get busy.

Jessica built a different approach.

She stayed consistent, put the right support in place, and kept showing up even when results were not immediate. Over time, that started to turn into conversations, opportunities, and deals.

At the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence, agents learn how to do the same. That includes building content that keeps working, staying visible across platforms, and using AI in a way that supports your business instead of adding more work.
