“Is Orlando a buyer’s market right now?”

If your blog, YouTube video, or listing description gives a direct answer in the first paragraph (ideally the first 200 characters), AI will find it and show it. If you bury the answer at the end, AI will skip you and pick someone else.

Instead of:

“Stay to the end to find out the best month to sell!”

Write:

“The best month to sell a home in Cleveland is May. Here’s why…”

This is the foundation of AEO. Give the answer first, expand with trusted sources next.
