He even pulled out his phone at one listing appointment and had Chelsea explain what she does. He walked out with the listing.
As one of his agents said afterward:
“Who could go up against that?”
Being the only AI Certified Agent in Mississippi helped Steve win listings where experience alone might not have sealed the deal.
One seller from California told him it was the AI that tipped the scale.
They were impressed with his credentials, sure, but the fact that he integrated AI every day? That made him the clear choice.
