Will ChatGPT Name You as the Best Realtor?

1 min read

Your future client may start by asking A.I. who to hire. They can ask ChatGPT for the best Realtor in their area, and the names in the answer get a look.

1 Someone asks A.I. Who's the best Realtor in my area?
2 A.I. looks for names It uses what it can find about you online
3 Your name comes up If there's enough for it to find
4 They reach out A new client or a referral

The catch is that A.I. can only name someone it can find. It draws on what's published about you online, so a clear website and real posts about your area give it something to work with.

Bonus Tip

Run the same question in two A.I. assistants.

1. Ask ChatGPT, "Who's the best Realtor for [your niche] in [your town]?"

2. Ask Gemini or Perplexity the same thing.

3. Note which names come up, then read their websites to see what they publish that you don't.

If you want to give A.I. more to find, text Halo what you know about your area and it turns that into pages and posts on your site.

So when your future client asks A.I. who to hire, will your name be in the answer?
