“I hired one of your VAs, and he is phenomenal. He just has my timeline full of posts. People go, ‘Gosh, I see how much real estate you're selling. You're selling a lot.’”
Cindi’s secret sauce isn’t complicated. She’s combining old-school geo-farming with fresh, daily social media content.
“I started farming an area... everything I’m selling is in my geo-farm now. Everyone follows me on social media. When they see all these posts, they go, ‘Wow, she’s the person.’”
It’s all connected, flyers, events, local marketing, and social media. Together, they make her the agent everyone sees everywhere.
The results speak for themselves.
“They’re seeing us, and these listings are all in my neighborhood. They’re saying, ‘We’ve got to call you to look at our house.’”
She’s not chasing clients. They’re chasing her.
“The social media is just the icing on the cake. It’s something in front of them even more.”
Cindi isn’t just using AI to look good. She’s using it to get ahead.
“I had this big deal last week with an HOA. I loaded all the documents, all the minutes, everything into that super cool program you told us about, and I could beat the attorney at coming up with answers. It’s pretty cool.”

Cindi sums it up perfectly:
“It’s not addition. It’s multiplication. That’s why I love it. Staying in front of them—that’s it.”
